RECIPE
4 garlic cloves
1 medium size onion
1 medium size romato
2 green onion
2 eggs
2 cheese slices
Bread optional

In a pan heat some oil and saute sliced garlic, add your diced onion and diced tomato and stir for a few seconds.
Add salt, black pepper and smoked paprika and mix them well.
Then add finely chopped green onions and whisked eggs containing salt and pepper according to your taste and let it cook.
Add two slices of your favorite cheese, cover with a lid and let the heat melt the cheese.
Now remove the lid and flip the omellete in half once or twice however you want to present it.
Dish out the omelette in a plate and enjoy with a fork or eat with bread.
