-1 egg
-1 cup cottage cheese
-seasonings of choice! (I used garlic salt and italian seasoning)

step one: blend 1 egg and 1 cup cottage cheese until smooth
step two: line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour mixture onto baking sheet, trying to pour it into a regular shape
step three: season with your seasonings of choice
step four: bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
step five: pack with your favorite sandwich ingredients and enjoy!
