How to make a Watermelon Cooler – Cocktail Recipe

A refreshing summer cooler. Using fresh watermelon only imparts a light flavour on a drink but delicious nonetheless!

INGREDIENTS
* 45mL Aviation Gin (http://bit.ly/1iNHYic)
* 20mL Fresh Lime Juice
* 15mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
* 45mL Soda
* Watermelon

DIRECTIONS
1. Muddle the watermelon in your Boston glass
2. Add the Aviation gin, fresh lime juice and sugar syrup
3. Shake and double strain over fresh ice into a hi-ball glass
4. Top with a dash of soda
5. Garnish with a watermelon wedge
