A simple variation on the Long Island Iced Tea. Substitute in blue curacao in place of the triple sec and voila – an electric blue, potent cocktail crudely named the Adios Motherf***er (or better known as the AMF).

INGREDIENTS
– 22.5mL Vodka (0.75 oz)
– 22.5mL Gin (0.75 oz)
– 22.5mL White Rum (0.75 oz)
– 22.5mL Blanco Tequila (0.75 oz)
– 22.5mL Blue Curacao (0.75 oz)
– 22.5mL Sour Mix (0.75 oz)
– Dash of Lemon Lime Soda
METHOD
Sour Mix:
1 Part Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Part Simple Syrup
Long Island Iced Tea:
1. Combine all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker (except soda)
2. Shake with ice
3. Strain over fresh ice into a high ball glass
4. Top with a dash of lemon lime soda
5. Garnish with a slice of lime or lemon
