Stove Top Granola
– 1/2 cup nuts of choice (chopped or slivered)
– 2 tbsp coconut flakes
– 1 tsp coconut oil
– 1/2 tsp coconut sugar
– sprinkle cinnamon
Sweet Potato Toasts
Bake Toasts at 400F for 25 minutes
half avocado
smoked salmon
baru butter
blueberries
hemphearts
Egg Cups
– 4 eggs
– 1 tbsp parsley
– salt and pepper to taste
350F for 20 minutes
