Hey everyone! In today’s video I am sharing with you how to make a healthy oreo cookies that is not only homemade but low carb and paleo too! It can also be made keto by using monk fruit! #paleorecipes #healthyoreos #keepupwithliv

Healthy Oreos
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut sugar (monk fruit if keto)
1 egg
5 tbsp cacao
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of himalayan salt salt
Bake at 350F for 8 minutes

Filling:
1/4 cup coconut butter
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
