Been a while since I made a bread recipe, so lets make these savory cheesy paneer bread rolls today, they are really great for breakfast & easy to make as well

Ingredients
For the dough
2 1/2 cup refined flour (maida)
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp yeast (mixed with some water)
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 cup water
2 tbsp oil
For the filling
2 tbsp oil
3 tbsp chopped onions
1 chopped green chilli
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
Season with salt & pepper
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp dried herbs
200 gm paneer
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1/2 cup cheese
Other ingredients
Egg wash
Sesame seeds
