The After Supper cocktail can be found in The Savoy Cocktail Book by Harry Craddock. It’s an ideal cocktail to showcase a particular orange liqueur. I chose to utilise Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao for it’s drier and spice-driven flavour profile, it works remarkably well in this simple, 3-ingredient cocktail.

INGREDIENTS
– 30ml Apricot Brandy Liqueur (1 oz)
– 30ml Dry Curacao (1 oz)
– 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice (0.5 oz)
METHOD
1. Combine all ingredients into your cocktail shaker
2. Shake with ice
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
4. Garnish with a twist of orange
