Hey guys just a quick disclaimer – I intermittent fast (only eat two meals a day) so that’s why there’s only brunch/dinner recipes included in this video. But honestly most of these meals cover breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Other than that I hope you get some ideas from this video and enjoy!
