The Easy Street cocktail is a creation of one the Everleigh team members and is essentially an Elderflower Gin Collins. Subtle sweet elderflower flavours with a spritz.

INGREDIENTS
– 45mL Gin
– 15mL Elderflower Liqueur
– 15mL Fresh Lemon Juice
– 15mL Sugar Syrup
– Soda
– Cucumber

HOW TO
1. Add all the ingredients, except soda water, to your cocktail shaker
2. Shake then add a dash of soda
3. Strain over fresh ice into a collins glass
4. Garnish with cucumber
