Today I’m going to share one of my most favorite snacks recipe. It’s sooo easy to make, very delicious to eat and as well as healthy.
And for that, poached chicken is definitely a good choice. This method is easy, fast, and foolproof. Totally tender chicken breasts that are good for your kid’s breakfast, lunch or evening snacks.
You can also make them one day before and refrigerate for the next morning.
Things we”ll need :
Half chicken breast – 0r 180 g
salt and pepper to taste
ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
8 whole wheet bread slices
mayoniese – 3 to 4 tblsp
mastard sause – 1 tsp
fresh chopped vaggies
lemon juice optional
lettuce and carrot
