How to:

You will need shaker
Add Apple brandy
Squeeze lemon juice
Add honey syrup (honey + water 1:1)
Add aquafaba (chickpeas juice) you can also use egg whites if you prefer.
Add aromatic bitters
Add ice and shake everything
Pour into your favorite glass
Garnish with slice of apple and mint🍎
