– 1 bar spoon Orange Blossom Honey
– 1 bar spoon Seville Orange Marmalade
– 60ml Batavia Arrack Indonesian Rum
– 30ml Cold Lapsang Souchong Tea
Stir the honey and marmalade with the rum on bottom of your shaker. Add ice and the lapsang tea. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with lemon zest.
