2 teaspoons (7g) whole grain mustard, divided
2 slices swiss or provolone cheese, divided
8-10 basil leaves
1 medium head cauliflower
3.5 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg or ground nutmeg *optional*
1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
1/4 cup (5g) fresh chopped parsley
1 red fresno chili or any other chili
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
6 cloves garlic grated
Salt to taste

1/4 cup (56g) butter
1 cup brown sugar 225g loop
