In this recipe, you will be surprised that we do not use any breadcrumbs or anything else to bulk out the meatball mix. This leaves you with a tastier, healthier, paleo-friendly meatball that everyone will enjoy.

As I mentioned above, this is a very simple recipe where we only make the meatballs. If you want something to go with it, be sure to check out my videos on the paleo ketchup, sweet potato fries, or even the homemade mayonnaise.

In this paleo meatballs recipe, I use the following ingredients:
Ingredients:

500g (17.5 oz) ground beef
1 egg
1 onion, diced
1 Tbsp parsley, chopped
2 tsp crushed garlic

I use the stovetop version of cooking this healthy meatball recipe in the video. An alternative, healthier way of cooking these would be in an oven. Place onto a tray and cook for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven (180°c or 350°f).

If you actually do want to bulk these out with some extra ingredients, then I would highly recommend using coconut flour or almond flour. These are both paleo-friendly and do a great job of bulking the meatball mix out.
