The following method is based on the recipe from Ile Eros restaurant in Lagos Nigeria made by a known mixologist named Awesome.
This is a fruity cocktail made with locally sourced ingredients such as;
Hibiscus flower
Tiger nuts
Tangerine
Elderflower
Cloves
Black tea etc
These ingredients were mixed with ogogoro ( is a western African alcoholic drink,) to make a proper African cocktail.
