My intention for the easy vodka cocktail was to create something really tropical, almost verging on the tiki side. So I’ve combined Passion Fruit Vodka, with Ginger and Falernum, along with some Mango Syrup and the result is this amazing Cocktail. Of course, you could just use a plain vodka and add some Passion Fruit Liqueur, or even a Passion Fruit Puree, but I like playing with these flavoured Vodkas because I think they make stunning Easy Cocktail Recipes at home!
