Salt to taste
Black cumin 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Combine well
Holds shape perfect consistency
Water 5 tbsp
Tight dough
Rest for 10 mins
Flour 2 tbsp
Water 2 tbsp
Make slurry
Boiled Potato 3 medium size
Salt to taste
Chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Pepper powder to taste
Corn flour 1/4 cup
Rice flour 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Mix well
Keep aside
After 10 mins
Apply slurry
Potato stuffing
Hot oil
Fry until golden brown low flame
