QUICK AND EASY DINNER RECIPES // 4 easy dinner ideas for the whole family

In today’s video I’m sharing 4 easy recipes that your whole family will love! I will guide you through simple step-by-step instructions. Enjoy!!

Pizza Rolls:
12-15 frozen rolls
4-6 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
pepperoni
Italian seasoning
parmesan cheese
garlic salt
butter, melted
Sauce:
1 (16oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sugar
Place frozen dough in a casserole dish. Cover with plastic wrap and thaw. Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix tomato sauce, basil, garlic salt, pepper, and sugar. Set aside. When dough is soft, place on counter and flatten to make a circle. Place one slice of pepperoni on bottom then add Mozzarella cheese on top then add last slice of pepperoni. Pull up sides of dough around the filling and pinch together to form a seal. Dip smooth side in melted butter and place seam side down in casserole dish. Top rolls with Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, and a DASH of garlic salt. Cook in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top. Heat pizza sauce in microwave for 30-45 seconds and serve on the side. These are great to pack in a lunch!

Beach Street Chicken:
Marinade:
3 TBSP. olive oil
2 rounded tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
juice from 2 lemons
7 TBSP. dark brown sugar
4 TBSP. soy sauce
4-5 chicken breasts, trimmed and diced
Mix together and marinate in fridge for 4-6 hours.
Cook chicken with marinade in large skillet over medium heat until chicken is no longer pink and marinade has reduced a bit. While chicken is cooking, cook pasta in salted boiling water as per instructions on box.
In a bowl add:
zest and juice from 1 lemon
1/2 cup chopped green onions
salt and pepper to taste
parmesan cheese
Drain noodles and add to chicken, Then add chicken noodle mixture to the bowl. Stir together. Enjoy!

Sloppy Joe’s:
2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion chopped, or 1/2 cup dried minced onions
1 can tomato soup
2 TBSP. dark brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Chili powder
1 tsp. salt
2 TBSP. mustard
1/2 cup Ketchup
1 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Curry powder
Hamburger buns
Cook ground beef and onions until browned. Add the rest of the ingredients. Stir well and let simmer for 20 minutes. Spoon onto hamburger buns. Enjoy!

Baked cheese tortellini:
1 (26oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (25oz.) bag cheese tortellini
4 cups Mozzarella cheese
shredded parmesan cheese
Spray a 9X13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray. Spread 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce on bottom. Place half of tortellini in dish, cover with half of sauce then 2 cups of cheese. Repeat layers. Top with shredded parmesan cheese. Place in 375 degree preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until cheese is bubbly and center is hot. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!!
