Top 5 Cocktails with Color Changing Gin

In this episode I made 5 pretty and delicious cocktails with color changing Gin Empress 1908. So, besides traditional botanicals (that go in the gin), they add a signature blend of black tea and butterfly pea tea, which is an exotic herb that balances the traditional citrus notes of gin with a warm herbal earthiness, and gives the gin its natural blue color that changes into purple when you mix with lemon juice!
