Ingredients:-
Ready made coin idlis: 6 nos
Chaat masala: 1/2 teaspoon
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 teaspoons
Grated carrot: 1 small
Green peas: 2 tablespoons
Freshly grated coconut: 2 teaspoons
Curry leaves: 3-4 nos
Mustard seeds: 1 pinch
Hing: 1 small pinch
Oil: 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Pepper powder a pinch
Finely chopped coriander: 1 teaspoon
Method of preparation
Heat the oil in a pan, put in mustard seeds and curry leaves. Allow it to crackle.
Add hing, carrots and peas. Cook for 2 minutes.
Toss in the steamed idlis, add Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup, chaat masala, salt and pepper.
Garnish it with coriander and grated coconut.
