INGREDIENTS FOR BREAD DOUGH
Flour (375g)
Sugar (50g)
Butter 30g
1egg
1 tablespoon of milk flavor
butterscotch flavor (1cap full)
8g of yeast powder
Warm water to mix(217mls)
Vegetable oil for kneading(30mls)

INGREDIENTS FOR PIE DOUGH
Flour(3cups of 250ml cup)
Melted Butter 1 cup( 250ml cup)
Milk flavor 2 tea spoons
Baking powder(1 tablespoon)
Cold water/Milk(150mls)

INGREDIENTS FOR DOUGH FOR FRIES
Flour(3 cups/280g)
Sugar(40to 50g)
Egg(1 medium size)
Butter(2table spoon)
Baking powder(1/2table spoon)
Butterscotch flavor (5drops)
Milk flavor (1/2table spoon)
Water(125mls)
Vegetable oil for frying(1litre)
