HELLO EVERYONE! WELCOME TO ANOTHER WHATS FOR DINNER?! I WANT YOU TO KNOW YOU DO NOT HAVE TO MAKE A 5 COURSE MEAL FOR DINNER TO FEEL LIKE YOU’RE DOING A GREAT JOB! IF YOU’RE GETTING YOUR FAMILY FED THAT IS WHAT MATTERS. I LOVE YALL SO MUCH! HAVE A GREAT WEEK!
Chicken Enchilada
Shredded Chicken
1 Small can of Verde Sauce
Mexican Style Cheese
mix all together stuff and roll in tortillas
Pour Cheese sauce, another small can of verde sauce, and top with shredded cheese and bake at 375 for 15-20 mins
Queso
1 Small Container of Heavy Whipping Cream
6-7 Slices White American Cheese
4 Slices Pepperjack cheese
1-2 tsp of ground Cumin
Melt all together
Mississippi Pot Roast
1 Chuck Roast
1 Pack Hidden Valley Ranch
1 Italian Dressing Packet
1 Brown Gravy Packet
1 Stick of Butter
As many Peppercinis and as much juice from the jar as you want
Chicken Alfredo
Chicken Tenderloins seasoned with Zaterans Blackened Seasoning
Bake in the over at 450 for 20 mins
Alfredo Sauce
Small container of heavy Whipping Cream
2 tbsp butter
I prefer minced garlic but you can use garlic powder like I did if you don’t have any minced garlic
1 small container of shredded parmesan cheese
Add the butter and garlic to the pan, let that melt down, then add your heavy whipping cream and once it comes to a boil add your cheese and turn the heat down to low/medium heat and stir until cheese is melted.
