This instant breakfast is incredibly delicious and simple! This is a healthy snack/breakfast which can be prepared very quickly/instantly.
It can be made with different vegetables like carrot, bell pappers, cabbage etc. It takes only a few minutes to make this healthy and tasty snack.

Recipe :

In a bowl take 1 cup Poha, rinse & soak it.
Take 1 cup of boiled & peeled potatoes.
add 1/2 cup Sooji (Rava).
Add Soaked Poha.
Add 1/2 cup curd.
Add 1/2 cup water & blend it.
Take it out in a bowl.
Add 1/2 cup carrots.
Add 1/2 cup onions.
Add 1/2 cup colored bell papers.
Add 1/2 cup chopped cabbage.
Add green chilies (as per taste)
add ginger.
Add cilantro leaves.
add 2 tsp coriander powder.
Add 1/2 tsp black pepper powder.
add 1/2 tsp garam masala.
add chili flakes (as per taste)
Add salt (as per taste).
Mix it well.
Add 1/2 tsp baking powder
add 1/2 tbsp lemon juice & mix it.
In a pan take 1 tsp cooking oil & spread it.
Spread the mixture on pan.
cook it on both sides till it becomes golden brown.
Take it out in a plate.
Serve it with sauce or chutney.
