Whisk together 8 eggs, 1-2 cups whole milk, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla
Pour over cubed bread in a 9×13 inch baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees F. (uncover for the last 15-20 minutes)
