puff pastry – 200 g (7 oz)
ham – 150 g (5.3 oz)
pickled cucumbers – 100 g (3.5 oz)
parmesan – 30 g (1 oz)
eggs – 2 pieces
mozzarella – 50 g (1.76 oz)
grease with yolk – 1 piece
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/25 minutes
