There are so many different keto recipes you can make with zucchini, and here we’ve highlighted a few of our favorites. A small note is to keep in mind that zucchini can contain a lot of water, so when you’re making some of these dishes, it can be good to pat down the zucchini before using with paper towels. If you are having trouble with zoodles, you can pre-salt the zucchini and let it sit on paper towels for 20-30 minutes before use.
