Ravva Dosa/ Rava Dosa is a crispy thin dosa which is famous in the south Indian states. As the name itself suggests, Ravva dosa primarily consists of sooji rava i.e., semolina and a few other ingredients to get the binding factor. This is one of the very popular dosas due to its unique texture; if there are bare holes in a dosa, then it definitely got to be Rava dosa. You can enjoy this one with coconut chutney or tomato chutney or even hot sambar if you like. This one’s very easy to prepare and when you are running short on time to soak ingredients for hours together, try this instant Rava dosa in just minutes and satiate your hunger pangs.
