People often ✨THINK✨ meal prep has to include hours in the kitchen, tons of dishes, and eating the same meal for a week.
I don’t know about you…but that is just NOT something this mama has time for (or interest in doing, to be totally honest)! So this is what “meal prep” can ✨ACTUALLY✨ look like for anyone who doesn’t always have time!
👉🏼DINNER IN UNDER 20 MINUTES
✔️Start with a freezer meal (we are currently loving the @realgoodfoods Orange Chicken!)
✔️ADD 1 fresh veggie (I’m using a pre-chopped stir-fry mix)
✔️Serve with steam in a bag rice (I personally bulk cook my rice so I always have a freezer stash to pull from)
❤️I’m all about taking short-cuts in this season of life. And having a freezer stocked with easy meals my whole family will eat is a HUGE part of that!
