Kind of a daiquiri, kind of not. For sure a delicious drink.
Feel free to use any light or golden rum, @bacardi Añejo Curato 4 is my go-to given the flavour complexity it offers.
Here’s what you need:
60ml Rum (or more 🌚)
60ml Fresh Coconut Water
45ml Lime Juice
20ml 1:1 Simple syrup
Slice of dried coconut for Garnish
Mix all liquids over ice and shake well. Strain into a glass of your choice and garnish with a slice of dried coconut. I do suggest you pour it into an Old Fashioned Glass with a big cube of ice if you’re gonna be drinking this outside on a hot day.
