Chana Pulao

Ingredients
Bay leaf – 1
Cardamom – 2
Cloves – 3
Cinnamon stick – 1
Fennel seeds – ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Coriander seeds – 1 teaspoon
Oil – 2 tbl spoon
Ghee – 1 teaspoon
Cashews
Onion – 1
Green chilli – 5
Tomato – 2
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbl spoon
Curd – 1 tbl spoon
Overnight soaked & boiled chana – 150 grams
Water – 2 cups
15 mins soaked rice – 1 cup (200 grams)
