How to make the Clarified New York Sour
300 ml Bourbon
150 ml Simple syrup
120 ml Lemon Juice
150 ml Whole Milk
Mix the Bourbon, syrup and lemon in one container. in another one, add the milk and pour the cocktail mixture over the milk. Filter through coffee filter or several layers of cheesecloth.
For the batched version, add 20% dilution and keep and simply pour directly over ice whenever ready to drink.
If you want to drink it right away, pour 2.5 oz of the milk punch in a mixing glass and stir over ice for 10 seconds.
Pour over fresh ice and add 15 ml of Red Wine as a float

1 oz Lime juice
0.75 oz Pandan syrup
0.25 oz Apricot liqueur
