Assalaam Alaikum viewers how are you. Welcome to my channel Flavour’s Of Farah. Today I am going share  Healthy Avaocado Salad Recipes. As you can see , fitting healthy salads into your diet provides a variety of benefits. Not only  are the packed full of healthy nutrients, but they can also help you feel full, give your body better access to vitamins and minerals, assist  you with weight loss and even keep you cool. So try this healthy salad and please follow the instructions so as to get a complete result.

2 avocados (diced)
1 lemon juice
1 medium size onion (diced)
2 small tomatoes (diced)
1 green chili  (jalapeño)
1 ear of grilled corn
Handful of coriander (chopped)
Olives as per requirement
Lemon zest

Tips:- 1. Avocado should not be too raw or too ripe .
2. As soon as you cut avocado squeeze in lemon juice immediately. Otherwise it will turn black.
3. In place of green chilies you can use jalapeño it will taste better. For this types of salads jalapeños are better options to enhance the taste.


1. Take 2 avocado diced them and immediately squeeze 1 lemon juice.
2. Now chopped onion ,tomatoes and jalapeños ( green chili)  and fresh coriander.
3. Grill 1 corn and seperate corn kernels.
4. Add all the veggies in a bowl.
5. Add salt and pepper as per your taste and mix all the ingredients well.
6.  Finally add olives and lemon zest .
7.  Serve  with  anything you like
