👩🍳 Ingredients:
• 🧈 Ghee – 125g (a little over 1/2 cup)
• 🍬 Powdered Sugar – 125g (3/4 cup)
• 🧂 Salt – a pinch
• 🌿 Cardamom Powder (Elaichi) – 1/2 tsp
• 🧂 Baking Powder – 1 tsp
• 🌾 Refined Flour (Maida) – 1 cup (125g)
• 🌿 Chickpea Flour (Besan) – 2 tbsp (15g)
• 🌾 Semolina (Suji) – 2 tbsp (15g)
• 🟢 Pistachios – 5–6, grated for garnish
📋 Method:
1. In a bowl, mix 125g ghee and 125g powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add a pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, and 1 tsp baking powder. Mix well.
3. Add 1 cup maida, 2 tbsp besan, and 2 tbsp suji. Combine to form a soft dough.
4. Take small portions of dough, roll into balls, flatten slightly, and press grated pistachios on top.
5. Bake Options:
🔥 Oven: Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
