1.5 cups of warm water
2 eggs
150 grams of margarine or butter at room temperature
1 packet of dry yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
5-6 cups of flour, depending on the consistency

How to do it;
First, mix all the ingredients except the flour, then add the flour gradually and in a controlled manner. This will be a soft, smooth dough, let it sit in the bowl for half an hour, it should be a yeasty dough.
We lightly knead the fermented dough with our hands, divide it into 2-3 pieces depending on the situation, and roll it out with a rolling pin to a medium thickness to get a square shape, as shown in the video.
After cutting the edges with a tool, we make triangles like in the video, then we put chocolate in between and arrange all the puffs on the tray.
Bake at 170* degrees until golden brown. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar
