Paleo / Keto Oothappam / paleo Paneer Oothappam / Onion Oothappam / veg oothappam
Oothappam is a popular South Indian breakfast. It is a kind of dosa dish, but different texture.
It is not like a dosa, a crisp and thin paper-like, oothappam is a thick, soft dosa with toppings of our choice.
Here I have given the grain free , low carb Paleo oothappam with Paleo sambar, paleo podi, paleo chutney.
Pls watch the the video carefully to get the proper oothappam.
Ingredients:
200g paneer
2 Tbsp thick curd
3/4 Tbsp psyllium husk
Salt
3 tsp sesame oil
Toppings:
Chopped onion
Chopped green chilli
Chopped coriander
Chopped tomatoes
Shredded carrot
Direction:
Combine all the ingredients except oil and grind to a paste and let to rest for 2-3 mins to get a thick batter.
Heat dosa pan and pour 3 Tbsp of the batter and gently pat or don’t.
It spreads on its own.
Sprinkle the toppings on top and cook over low to medium flame for 1 min and turn to the other side for 30 secs.
Serve with paleo sambar, paleo chutney and paleo idli milakai podi.
