Matar Paneer Rice =
Boiled rice – 1 cup
Matar -1/4 cup
Paneer – 100 gm . or 1/2 cup
Onion -1
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Dry red chilli -1 or 2
Black cardamom-1
Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Schezwan fried rice:
Boiled rice – 1 cup
Garlic -4
Spring onion -1/4 cup
Capsicum-1/4 cup
Carrot -1/4 cup
French beans . -1/4 cup
Schezwan chutney -3 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder -1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
cooking oil-2 tbsp

Lemon Rice-
Boiled rice -1 cup
Lemon juice -2 tbsp
Raw peanuts -1/2 cup
Raw chana dal (split bengal gram)- 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
Curry leaves -10 to 12
Dry red chilli -2 to 3
Salt to taste
Cooking oil-3 tbsp

Tomato Rice –
Boiled rice – 1 cup
Tomato -3
Split bengal gram(chana dal)- 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Garam masala -1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil-3 tbsp

Mix Veg rice :
Boiled rice – 1 cup
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Green chilli-1
Bay leaves -2
Onion -1/4 cup
French beans -1/4 cup
Grated carrot -1/4 cup
Green peas -1/4 cup
Cauliflower -1/4 cup
Black pepper -1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil-3 tbsp

Dry fruit rice:
Ghee -2 tbsp
Rice- 1 cup
Bay leaves -2
Black cardamom -1
Green cardamom -1
Star anise -1
Cashews -1/4 cup
Raisins (kismis)-1/4 cup
Salt to taste
water -1.5 cup
