1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seed
1 teaspoon Cumin Seed
4 Red Chillies
Curry Leaves
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
1 teaspoon Oil
Salt, to taste
1/2 cup Water

Recipe 2: Instant Chana Masala
Ingredients
4 tablespoon Butter
1 Bay Leaf
1 inch Cinnamon Stick
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1/2 cup Onion, finley chopped
1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 cup Tomato, finely chopped
Salt, to taste
1 tablespoon Chilli Powder
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
3/4 teaspoon Amchur Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1 cup Chana
2 cups Water
Coriander Leaves
1/2 teaspoon Lime Juice

Recipe 3: Veg Kurma (2)
Ingredients
50 grams Butter
1 inch Ginger
7 Garli Pods
1 Onion
8 Red Chillies
15 Cashew Nuts
1/2 cup Tomato
1/2 cup Water
3 tablespoon Oil
1/4 cup Potato
1/4 cup Carrot
1/4 cup French Beans
1/4 cup Cauliflower Florets
1/4 cup Paneer
1/4 cup Green Peas
1/4 cup Capsicum
Salt, to taste
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi, roasted
1 teaspoon Garam Masala

Recipe 4: Paneer Bhurji
Ingredients
3 tablespoon Oil

1 cup (200 grams) Paneer, grated
2 big Onion, chopped

1 small Capsicum
2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves
1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
Salt, to taste
