1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper
1/4 cup Capsicum
1/4 cup Yellow Bell Pepper
1/4 cup Carrot
1/2 cup Cauliflower
Salt, to taste
200 grams Paneer
1/4 teaspoon Pepper Powder
1/2 teaspoon Mixed Herbs
1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes

Oats Chapati
Ingredients
1-1/4 cup Oats
Pink Salt, to taste
1/2 cup Water

Recipe 2: Tawa Pulao
Ingredients
6 Kashmiri Red Chillies, deseeded
Water, hot
50 grams Garlic pods
1/2 teaspoon Black Salt
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
50 ml Water
1 tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Butter
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1/4 cup Onion
1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 cup Capsicum
1/2 cup Cabbage
1/2 cup Tomato, chopped
2 tablespoon Green Peas
1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 tablespoon Pav Bhaji Masala
Salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
Basmati Rice, parboiled
1/2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
Coriander Leaves

Recipe 3: Raw Banana Curry
Ingredients
1 cup Raw Banana (washed, peeled & cut)
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
Salt, to taste
3 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1 teaspoon Mustard Oil
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
2 Green Chillies
3/4 cup Onion, paste
1/2 cup Tomato, puree
1 cup Water

Ingredients
1 cup Whole Wheat FLour
Pink Salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1/4 teaspoon Ajwain Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1/4 teaspoon Ginger, grated
1 cup Moringa Leaves
Water
