Hello! Another baking video from Team Shabs. I’m sharing this recipe I found years ago for pinoy chocolate crinkles. I have used this recipe countless of time. I just added sugar on the original recipe as I prefer sweeter version of chocolate crinkles. Sadly, when I checked the website where I got the original recipe it’s already down 🙁 . Good thing I saved this recipe on my phone. My steps in baking is also different from the original one as I do the basic where you mix the dry then wet ingredients. This works for me everytime and I find it easy to follow as well so I stick on what I usually do. I think the original steps were different.

This yields about 45pcs depending on the size of your crinkles.
Recipe:
1 cup cocoa
2 cups flour
2 cups and 1 tbsp white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
4 whole eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup icing sugar (to coat)
