Mushroom Curry

Ingredients
Oil- 3 tbl spoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Paste of 2 onions
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbl spoon
Tomato – 2
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder – ½ teaspoon
Garam masala – ¼ teaspoon
Required salt
Mushroom – 200 grams (instead can add potato/paneer/soya chunks)
Coriander leaves

Ingredients
Ghee – 1½ tbl spoon
Bay leaf – 1
Green chilli – 1
Cumin seeds – 2 teaspoon
30 mins soaked basmati rice – 1 cup (250 grams)
Water – 1½ cup (for1 cup of rice)
Required salt
Coriander leaves
