Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Urad dal – 1 tbl spoon
Chana dal – 1 tbl spoon
Roasted peanuts – 3 tbl spoon
Cashews
Asafoetida
Green chilli – 2
Dry chilli – 2
Ginger – 1 tbl spoon
Chopped shallots – 5 to 7
Curry leaves
Salt
