Ingredients for Dal Dhokla
For Dhokla:
1 Cup Split Bengal Gram
1/2 Cup Coriander
1/4 Cup Split & Skinned Black Gram
1 tbps Oil
1/2 tsp Eno Or 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
2 Green Chilli
1 inch Ginger
1 Pinch Turmeric Powder
Salt to Taste
For Dhokla Tadka:
1 tbps Mustard Seeds(sarso)
1 tbps White Sesame (til)
1 tbps Oil &
Hing as required.
For Chatni:
1 Cup Peanut
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Desiccated Coconut
3 tbps Curd
11/2 tbps Oil
1 tbps Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1/8 tsp Turmeric Powder
12 Pieces Garlic
4 Kashmiri Red Chilli
Curry leaves as required
Salt to Taste
For Chatni Tadka:
1 tbps oil
1 tsp Split & Skinned Black Gram
1 tsp Mustard
2 Kashmiri Red Chilli
Hing as required.
