Mushroom pepper fry | காளான் மிளகு பிரட்டல் | easy recipe

Preparation time: 4 mins
Cooking time: 8 -10 mins

Ingredients:

200g mushroom
1 tomato chopped
3 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp mustard seed
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt

Direction:

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed to temper.

Add tomato and sauté until cooked well, add turmeric and chilli powder along with salt, curry leaves and stir.

Add mushrooms into the pan and add little water, mix, cover the pan for 3-4 mins .

Open the pan, add pepper and stir well over medium heat.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Yummmyyy… mushroom is ready in few mins.
