The Matador Cocktail Recipe:
*1.5 oz Patrón Silver
*2 oz Pineapple juice
*.75 oz Fresh lime juice
*.5 oz Simple syrup
*1 dash Angostura bitters
*Lime disc for garnish

Instructions:
1. Add ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake and strain into a chilled flute.
3. Garnish with a lime disc.
