Recipe : 1 Gobi Tikka Masala
Ingredients:
150 Gms Gobi Florets
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tsp Kasuri Methi
1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1.5 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Tsp Black Salt
1/2 Tsp Amchur (Dry Mango ) Powder
1/2 Tsp Dry Ginger Powder
2 Tsp Mustard Oil
100 Gms Hung Curd
1.5 Tbsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 Med. Onion
1 Med. Capsicum
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 Tsp Fennel Seeds
1 Inch Cinnamon
1 Green Cardamom
2 Cloves1/8 Tsp Pepper Corns
2 Big Tomato
2 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Tomato Ketchup
1/2 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Corn Flour
1 Tsp Fresh Cream
Oil
Salt

Recipe : 2 Chana Masala
Ingredients:
1 cup chickpea ( chana )
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup coriander seeds
1/4 cup cumin / jeera
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp clove
2 pod black cardamom
2 inch cinnamon
1 mace / javitri
1 tsp fennel / saunf
1 tsp shah jeera / caraway seed
10 dried red chilli
2 tbsp aamchur
2 tbsp kasuri methi
1 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp ghee / clarified butter
3 pod cardamom
1 bay leaf
1 tsp cumin / jeera
1 onion, finely chopped
1 chilli, slit
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 cup tomato puree
2 tbsp coriander,
salt

Recipe : 3 Mushroom Curry
200 grams Button Mushrooms
2 Medium Onion
1/2 inch Ginger
6 Garlic Pods
1 Big Tomato
4 tablespoon Fresh Curd (Yogurt) – whisked till smooth
3 tablespoon Oil
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
2 small Bay leaf
1/2inch Cinnamon
2 Green Cardamoms
3 Cloves
1 Single Strand Of Mace
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
3/4 cup Water
1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
1/2 teaspoon Kasuri Methi – crushed
2 tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves
3/4 cup water or add as required
Salt as required

Recipe : 4 Aloo Paneer Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Med. Tomato
1 Inch Ginger
2 Green Chillies
1/2 Tbsp Chilli Powder
1/2 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
4 Med. Potatoes
200 Gms Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
1 Tbsp Oil
Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup – Paneer ( Cottage Cheese )

15 Cashew Nuts
1 Tsp Kasuri Methi
