1/4 tsp baking soda

2 tsp pepper
1 tsp clove
2 pod black cardamom
2 inch cinnamon
1 mace / javitri
1 tsp fennel / saunf
1 tsp shah jeera / caraway seed
10 dried red chilli
2 tbsp aamchur
2 tbsp kasuri methi
1 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp ghee / clarified butter
3 pod cardamom
1 bay leaf
1 tsp cumin / jeera
1 onion, finely chopped
1 chilli, slit
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 cup tomato puree
2 tbsp coriander,
salt

Recipe : 2 Capsicum Masala Curry
Ingredients
2 tablespoon Oil
3 Capsicum
1 Onion, chopped
Salt, to taste
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1/4 cup Onion
2 tablespoon Gram Flour
2 Tomato, chopped
2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1-1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
2 tablespoon Curd, beaten
1/2 cup Water
1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
Coriander Leaves

Recipe : 3 Rajma Curry
Ingredients
1 cup Rajma (Kidney Beans)
4 cups Water
1 inch Ginger
4 Garlic Pods
2 Green Chillies
2 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon Oil
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 big Onion
Salt, to taste
2 big Tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
