How to make a Sidecar (the classic cocktail recipe)
Sidecar cocktail recipe
1.5 oz Pierre Ferrand 1840 Cognac
1 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
0.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
5 ml or 1 tea spoon simple syrup
Garnish with orange zest
To make the Sidecar cocktail recipe, pour all ingredients in a shaker, fill up with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Fine strain in a cocktail coupe and garnish with a zest of orange.
