INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs (910 g) baby potatoes
Salt and black pepper
2 to 3 tbsp (28-43 g) butter, melted
2 to 3 tbsp (30-45 ml) olive oil
1 tbsp fresh thyme
1 tbsp parsley
1 ½ tsp garlic powder
For Topping:
2 tbsp fresh parsley
1 tbsp fresh thyme
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
