VEGGIE WRAPS

⬇️⬇️INGREDIENTS:⬇️⬇️

►Onion-1/2 (Sliced)
▶Bell peppers- ¼ of each one (Sliced)
▶Tomato-1/2 (Sliced)
▶Pickled Sliced Beets-4 (cut further into thin slices)
▶Pickled Sliced Jalapenos-4
▶Paneer/ Cottage Cheese-200 gm (cut into cubes)
▶Red Kidney Beans (Canned/Boiled at home)-3 tsp
▶Olive Oil
▶Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tsp
▶Salt-1/2 tsp
▶Tortilla-2
▶Low-Fat Cream Cheese -1 tsp/ According to taste
▶Lettuce-1 leaf
▶Baby Spinach- 10-12 leaves/According to taste
▶Shredded Cheese-According to taste
▶Garlic sauce
▶Hot Sauce
▶Mayo Sauce

⬇️⬇️METHOD⬇️⬇️

▮PANEER WRAP▮

1️⃣ To make the wrap, place the tortilla or flatbread of your choice onto a clean surface. Spread cream cheese over the tortilla.
2️⃣ Add lettuce. Then layer the rest of the ingredients- (Cooked paneer cubes with onion and bell pepper, baby spinach, shredded cheese, Pickled Sliced Beets, Pickled Sliced Jalapenos, sliced tomatoes, garlic sauce, and hot sauce) over the lettuce.
3️⃣ When finished with the ingredients, roll up the tortilla from one side to the other.

▮RED KIDNEY BEANS WRAP▮

1️⃣ To make the wrap, place the tortilla or flatbread of your choice onto a clean surface. Spread cream cheese over the tortilla.
2️⃣ Add lettuce. Then layer on the rest of the ingredients- (Canned kidney beans/Boiled at home with cooked onion and bell pepper, baby spinach, shredded cheese, Pickled Sliced Beets, Pickled Sliced Jalapenos, sliced tomatoes, garlic sauce, and mayo sauce) over the lettuce.
3️⃣ When finished with the ingredients, roll up the tortilla from one side to the other.

▮NOTE▮ You can mix and match sauces according to your taste.
